The website is hosted by Vercel. Submitted inquiries are stored in Supabase and sent to SDJB’s GoHighLevel customer relationship system for staff handling. These providers process information to operate the website and inquiry service. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized systems and staff. We do not sell or rent the information submitted through this form.
Technical information and site preferences
Hosting and security systems process connection and request information to operate the site and prevent abuse. Our inquiry service stores keyed hashes of the submitting IP address and phone number for rate limiting; the IP hash is removed after 14 days. Your preferred store is remembered in your browser. A request reference helps prevent duplicate submissions. The first page path and campaign labels for your browser tab are kept in session storage until that browsing session ends.
We may retain the page path and campaign labels associated with an inquiry to understand which content brings inquiries. We exclude arbitrary URL parameters and do not send your name, phone, email or item description to advertising analytics. This version of the website does not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics.
Maps and other websites
The store page includes a Google map, which may send connection information to Google when loaded. Links to SDJB, its shop, review profiles and other external sites open services with their own privacy practices. Confirm their policies before providing information there.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry and follow-up records as needed to handle your request, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ if your inquiry becomes a transaction.
