The lender holds accepted collateral. To recover it, you must redeem it according to your written agreement. If you do not meet that agreement, you may lose the item.
Get the complete terms in writing
- The principal amount and funds you receive.
- All interest, writing, storage and other applicable fees.
- The total amount required to redeem your item and the deadline.
- Any renewal or extension conditions and additional costs.
- How the item is identified, held and returned, and what happens if it is not redeemed.
